Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor for our automotive value stream. You will own daily production, coach leads and operators, and ensure the line runs at capacity while upholding safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of production experience, 1–2 years in a lead role, and a proven Lean mindset with hands-on experience on layup, waterjet, CNC router, or press. Join a team that mentors growth and champions continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• 3–6 years of production experience with 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools & concepts (5S, Gemba, Kanban, Kaizen).
• Hands-on experience with listed machines (layup, consolidator, waterjet, CNC router, or press).

Responsibilities

• Own daily production in the automotive value stream and coach leads/operators.
• Monitor performance, downtime, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure equipment stays in top shape and uphold safety and quality standards; collaborate across departments.
