Job summary

Advanced Ceramic Coatings, LLC seeks a Value Stream Manager for our Duncan, SC facility to lead the assigned value stream across Production, Quality and Engineering. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost targets while coordinating with Maintenance and supplier teams.

The role requires 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, deep NPI/APQP experience, and strong expertise in ERP systems, Lean and Six Sigma. This position is on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Science Engineering.
Ten years of manufacturing experience required.
NPI / APQP experience required.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing analytics.
ISO / AS9100, NADCAP, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Value Stream to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
Provide direct leadership for Production, Quality and Engineering.
Oversee NPI stage-gate processes and SOW development.
Manage capacity, CAPEX planning and budgeting for the value stream.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and Integrated Management System.
