Job summary

Paumac-Tubing-LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the MEI value stream at Plant 3 wrap manufacturing. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while maintaining IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 compliance.

This role involves staffing, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet customer requirements and reduce waste. You will oversee production planning, data management, and daily Gemba walks, while coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to optimize

Qualifications

• Experience leading value streams in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement Lean tools and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and coaching to all employees in the value stream.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, capability development, and cross-training.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and PPE guidelines.
• Manage production planning to meet SQDC goals and customer needs.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership.
