Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Value Stream Leader to own an end-to-end production stream from customer order receipt through ship and delivery confirmation.

You will lead the Pre preg composites, Infusion, and Prototyping teams, driving daily progress with cross-functional partners in planning, engineering, quality, and logistics. A strong ownership mindset and data-driven approach are essential to improve throughput and quality across our Rock Hill operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or value‑stream leadership.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end order flow (order to ship) in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional coordination without direct reporting authority.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ownership mindset, safety leadership, collaboration, decisiveness, and data‑driven approach.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end value stream from order receipt through production to delivery.
• Provide direct leadership to the production team within the stream.
• Coordinate with project planning, engineering, quality, and shipping/logistics.
• Lead daily order status reviews across planning, production, and shipping.
• Address safety, production, quality, and shipping concerns during floor rounds.
• Align capacity with master scheduling for shared machines and headcount.
• Resolve same-day conflicts with other Value Stream Leaders.
• Lead weekly reviews with planning and shipping on at‑risk jobs.
• Participate in monthly Customer OTD and cycle time reviews.
