Job summary

Advanced-Ceramic-Coatings- in Duncan, SC seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead the value stream across manufacturing, quality and engineering, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.

The role requires 10 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and expertise in NPI/APQP, ERP systems and lean/six sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include budgeting, capital planning, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Science Engineering.
• Ten years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• NPI / APQP experience is required.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing processes, products and personnel to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost KPIs.
• Own the Value Stream P&L, budgeting, quotations, inventory valuation and variances.
• Participate in the NPI stage gate, SOW reviews and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor capacity and plan capital, Hoshin projects and overtime as needed.
• Promote TPM, Lean and Six Sigma practices across the facility.
