Job summary

• Must have CNA certificate and successful completion of competency evaluation.
• Be at least 16 years old with good character.
• Provide evidence of employment or residence for two years prior.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certificate or obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Follow established nursing procedures and dress code.
