Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Wound Care Coordinator to provide evidence-based nursing across prevention, health maintenance, therapeutic intervention, rehabilitation and palliative care for GI, GU and integumentary disorders. You will lead hands-on care and serve as an educator and consultant.

Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing, NJ State RN license, BLS, and WOC education program within 18 months; minimum 3 years nursing experience; strong written and verbal communication and computer

Qualifications

Bachelor's of Nursing.
WOC education program completion within 18 months.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).
NJ State RN License and BLS required, WOC certification to be obtained within 18 months.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based nursing across prevention, health maintenance, therapeutic intervention, rehabilitation and palliative care for GI, GU and integumentary systems.
Direct efforts to improve quality of care through hands-on practice and as an educator and consultant.
