Qualificações

• Active LPN license in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in wound care.
• Wound care certification preferred (WCC or CWS).
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatment plans for patients.
• Coordinate wound care services across departments and with external providers as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care and education to patients and their families regarding wound management and prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of wound assessments, treatments, and patient outcomes.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff on wound care best practices and protocols.
