Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dynamic chief to lead the Wound Care Center, providing strategic, clinical and administrative oversight to deliver state-of-the-art patient care and drive innovations in wound management.

You will drive program growth, mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and technicians, implement evidence-based protocols including HBOT, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while pursuing faculty appointment with the Hackensack Meridian School

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical direction of the Wound Care Center and set evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Drive strategic growth, expand services, and integrate technologies such as HBOT.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate faculty appointment eligibility and collaboration with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
