Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center and manage intake and discharge processes. The role may include Case Manager responsibilities for assigned patients and vein clinic assistance after specialized training.

The RN will perform initial nursing assessments, document care plans, and collaborate with physicians. HBO therapy duties may be assigned after training.

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state; maintain throughout employment.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred for advanced practice.
• Strong communication, organization and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for Wound Care Center.
• Assist in vein clinic and act as Case Manager as assigned.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with providers to address clinic and patient needs.
• May serve as scribe and support HBO therapy duties as trained.
