Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
WOCN certification required. MSN preferred.
RN license and Wound/Ostomy certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate agency-wide wound prevention and management programs.
Provide expert consultation and hands-on wound care for patients.
Establish and coordinate multidisciplinary, comprehensive care plans.
Develop educational programs for patients, staff and providers.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance data reviews.
