Job summary

Healogics is seeking an RN for the Wound Care Center to provide patient care and manage intake/discharge, with potential Case Manager duties. The role includes HBO-related tasks after training and collaboration with medical leadership. RN license is required in the practice state, with ADN as a base degree and BSN preferred.

Experience in wound care is preferred, along with BLS, strong communication, and teamwork to support patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handle intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients with wound care needs.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with other providers and leadership to address clinic needs.
• May act as a Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
