Job summary

Healogics is seeking an RN to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center. The role includes intake/discharge responsibilities, potential Case Management, and involvement in HBO procedures after training. Collaboration with physicians and program leadership is essential.

Requirements include an ADN, active RN license, and preferred BSN and wound care certification. Clinic experience and strong communication skills are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BSN degree preferred for clinical leadership.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Experience in wound care or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge in Wound Care Center.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Collaborate with clinicians, Program Director and Medical Director.
• Serve as Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
