Job summary

Healogics is seeking an ervaren Registered Nurse to support Wound Care Center patients, handle intake and discharge, and participate in multidisciplinary care plans. The role includes potential Case Manager duties and HBO-related tasks after specialized training.

Qualifications

• RN license currently in the state of practice
• ADN degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge per hospital and nursing standards
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients, including initial nursing assessment and care planning
• Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) related duties after training
• Collaborate with physicians, program director and medical director regarding patient needs
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed
• Perform other duties as required
