Job summary

Healogics seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center. You will handle intake and discharge for scheduled patients and may support Case Management for assigned patients, in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director.

The role requires ADN, current RN license, and preferred BSN and wound care credentials. Expect clinical teamwork, patient advocacy, and adherence to CMS, hospital, and Healogics policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles patient intake and discharge processes per hospital and nursing standards
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after training
• May serve as Case Manager to a group of patients
• Perform initial nursing assessment and communicate findings to physician
• Document care plans and monitor patient progress toward outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• May perform HBO-related duties after training
• Collaborate with clinicians and program/medical directors on patient needs

• Perform other duties as required
