Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center, handling patient intake, discharge, and ongoing care in a fast-paced clinic. You will assess wounds, document plans, and participate in quality initiatives while collaborating with physicians and the Program Director.

The role requires an RN license, ADN with BSN preferred, and Wound Care certification as available. HBO duties may be performed post-training; strong communication and patient advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care experience and related certifications preferred.
• BLS certification required; strong patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge per standards.
• May assist in vein clinic and serve as Case Manager when assigned.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers; act as patient advocate.
• Support quality initiatives and coordinate with providers and leadership.
• Perform HBO duties after training; follow safety protocols.
