Job summary

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Dearborn, MI clinic for full-time wound care and HBO treatment. Under supervision, you will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care plans with physicians, and ensure accurate EMR documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, a BSN preferred, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with wound care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse graduated from an accredited school or college of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in wound care required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and document in EMR.
• Develop plan of care with patient and physician.
• Identify resources and make referrals for continued care.
• Execute nursing orders and provide direct care.
• Educate patient about plan of care.
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.
