Job summary

Healogics, LLC. seeks a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center operations and growth across an assigned area. You will manage daily clinic operations, staff performance, finance, and quality initiatives to deliver outstanding patient care.

The role partners with hospital leadership to expand referrals, improve outcomes, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Required education as listed: Bachelor’s or equivalent with 1+ year marketing/community education experience; or Associate’s with 2+ years; or HS diploma with 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day management of outpatient clinic(s) and wound care programs.
• Manages the center’s resources, staff, and scheduling.
• Leads revenue cycle activities and financial oversight.
• Drives physician referral strategy and education to grow the program.
• Ensures compliance with policies, quality and patient safety standards.
• Travels as needed to partner hospitals.
