Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center operations in the United States. The role covers day-to-day management, staff supervision, and financial oversight across hospital partnerships.

You will drive community education, referral development, and program growth while ensuring quality, compliance, and collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 1 year marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations.
• Or a high school diploma with 4+ years marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations and staff management for wound care programs.
• Manages financial aspects, revenue cycle, and budget compliance.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to increase referrals and community education.
• Implements quality/performance improvement and maintains regulatory compliance.
• Maintains relationships with hospital leadership and physician practices.
