Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare admin with 1 year of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.
• Associate degree with 2+ years of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years of marketing/community education experience; management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Coordinate revenue cycle management and financial reporting.
• Lead community education and marketing to increase referrals.
• Implement a continuous wound care center quality improvement program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and clinicians
