Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Program across the assigned area, overseeing daily center operations, staff, finances, and quality initiatives while building collaborative relationships with hospitals.

The role emphasizes marketing and physician outreach to increase referrals and ensure CMS/compliance alignment within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred with 1 year of marketing/community education or clinical ops experience
• Alternative qualifications accepted with progressive marketing/community education experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and staff
• Manage revenue cycle, budgeting and cost control
• Drive community education and marketing to increase referrals
• Implement and monitor a continuous quality/performance improvement program
• Maintain hospital client relationships and coordinate with leadership
