Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to oversee the Wound Care Center operations, growth, and partnerships. You will coordinate day-to-day clinic management, staff supervision, and financial oversight to deliver high-quality wound care outcomes.

In this role, you will drive community education, strategic marketing with hospital partners, and referral development while implementing performance improvement initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with related healthcare ops education is preferred.
• Experience in marketing or community education for healthcare settings is required or beneficial.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements for healthcare organizations.
• Strong communication, leadership and project management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff, ensuring efficient clinic flows and resource availability.
• Develop and implement marketing plans with hospital partners to increase referrals to wound care centers.
• Manage revenue cycle and financial reporting; monitor key indicators and optimize costs.
• Lead quality/performance improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
