Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, healthcare administration or related field required.
• Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations preferred.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Manages revenue cycle and financial performance for the program and hospital partner.
• Drives community education/marketing to increase patient referrals.
• Leads quality/performance improvement initiatives and ensures compliance.
• Maintains strong relationships with hospital clients and physician networks.
