Encompass Health is seeking a Wound Program Coordinator to lead wound care initiatives within our acute rehab setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and drive hospital-wide wound care education programs.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff education to promote high standards of care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure as RN, PT, or OT with acute rehab hospital experience.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of wound care experience and ongoing wound care education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop wound care services per regulatory standards and physician orders.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide wound care guidance and treatment plans.
• Lead hospital-wide wound care education for staff and families.
