Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in outpatient wound care.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Program, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, equipment, space, and supplies management.
• Prepare audit reports and implement action plans.
• Manage staff performance, development, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor program budgets and assist with reimbursement efforts.
• Recruit wound care physicians and drive marketing efforts to grow patient volume.
