Job summary

The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, LLC is seeking a Program Director in Kissimmee, FL to lead the wound healing and hyperbaric program. You will oversee operations, staff, budgets, and reimbursement efforts while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and other regulators.

Responsibilities include strategic growth, regular staff meetings, and collaboration with hospital billing and revenue teams to maximize program reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital outpatient wound care environment.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved agency.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle.
• Basic financial/profit and loss knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Program, ensuring compliance with CFWH standards and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, equipment, space, and supplies management.
• Run, process, and submit reports for hospital and CFWH staff; drive improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and implement action plans.
• Manage staff including performance evaluations and development.
• Ensure patient records meet quality, safety, and certification standards.
