Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Program across a designated area. You will manage center operations, staff, finances, and quality initiatives while maintaining strong collaboration with hospital partners.

The role emphasizes marketing and community education to grow referrals, build physician relationships, and ensure program success in a complex clinical environment. Travel may be required as part of coordinating with multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with related marketing/community education experience
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinical settings preferred
• Strong leadership and teaching skills and the ability to manage hospital partnerships

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management
• Lead financial management and revenue cycle for program and hospital partner
• Drive community education and marketing to increase referrals
