Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead and grow the Wound Care Program across an assigned hospital area. You will oversee daily center operations, staff, finances, quality initiatives, and community education while maintaining collaborative hospital relationships and aligning with Healogics standards.

The role requires a business or healthcare degree with marketing or clinical operations experience, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education experience, or 2+ years if Associate’s degree.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma with 4+ years of marketing/community education experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Lead financial management and revenue cycle oversight.
• Direct marketing, community education, and referral development programs.
• Lead quality/performance improvement initiatives and compliance.
• Maintain hospital relationships and ensure contract/operational alignment.
