Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center program across the assigned area and drive strategic growth with hospital partners. The role covers day-to-day operations, staff management, financial oversight, quality improvement, and community education.

You will build strong relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and Healogics marketing to increase referrals and improve patient outcomes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and CMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with marketing/education experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities in healthcare settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven performance improvement.
• Excellent communication with clinical and hospital leadership.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Experience managing finances and revenue cycles in healthcare.

Responsibilities
