Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Program Director to drive the Wound Care Center program and related wound care initiatives across the assigned area. You will oversee daily clinic operations, staff management, and clinical functions, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required to be maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred; or an Associate’s with related experience.
• Experience in marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations a plus.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Ability to partner with hospitals and physician groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Manages revenue cycle, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Leads community education and marketing to increase referrals.
• Implements a continuous Performance Improvement Program (PIP) and tracks quality indicators.
• Coordinates clinical activities and ensures high-quality patient care.
• Maintains strong relationships with hospital partners and stakeholders.
