Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow from entry to destination and ensure timely, accurate services.
• Register patients and schedule recurring appointments with attention to details.
• Verify insurance and coordinate benefits for accurate billing and authorizations as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and direct patients and visitors to appropriate resources.
• Communicate with payers and patients to obtain and confirm financial information.
• Maintain department productivity, quality and service standards; participate in safety and infection control programs.
