Job summary

Healogics is the nation’s leading provider of advanced wound care services, seeking an experienced RN to join our team in a patient‑facing role focused on wound care and case management.

You will monitor patient needs, collaborate with physicians and hospital staff, and participate in staff development while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and DOH standards. This position emphasizes quality care and program objectives within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license – to maintain throughout the duration of employment in the position.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• One year experience as an RN required.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all responsibilities related to Case Management.
• Provide case management with assessments according to protocols and procedures.
• Clinical oversight to staff such as RNs, LPNs or CMAs.
• Collaborate with hospital personnel and Medical Director regarding patient needs.
• Identify and implement improvements while complying with HIPAA, DOH, and hospital requirements.
• Staff development and in-services; provide training and orientation.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary and financial perspective.
• May perform scribe duties and hyperbaric safety director tasks when trained.
