Fundamental is seeking a Wound Care Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Round Rock, Texas. You will assess, treat, and develop care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues, collaborating closely with a dedicated nursing team.

• Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care.
• Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.

Posted Salary Range

USD $31.00 - USD $34.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
