Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) for The Villas in Honolulu, Hawaii.

You will oversee the Skin Integrity program, implement physician-ordered treatments, and ensure proper documentation and supply inventory. Qualified candidates will have Hawaii RN or LPN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; wound care certification is a plus.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience required.
• Current license as a Hawaii RN or LPN.
• Wound care certification preferred but will train.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Skin Integrity program and supervise its implementation on nursing units.
• Implement treatments ordered by physicians and document wound changes.
• Maintain inventory of wound care supplies and ensure TAR documentation is complete.
• Record measurements and monitor patient progress per policy.

The Position:

We're looking for passionate Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN), who is responsible for the oversight of the Skin Integrity program in the center and supervision of implementation of the program on the nursing units.Additional duties include:

• Implements treatments and interventions as ordered by the physician and according to policy and procedures. Notifies physician of condition of wounds, changes and needed treatment changes
• Maintains appropriate inventory of skin and wound care supplies. Ensures accuracy and completion of wound care documentation. Performs and records all measurements
  
• Administers treatments as ordered by the physician and according to policy and procedures. Ensures accuracy and completion of TAR.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience required.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State ofHawaiirequired.
• Wound care certification preferred but will train
