Ohana Pacific Health is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) at The Villas in Honolulu, HI to oversee the Skin Integrity program and supervise its implementation on nursing units. The position requires an accredited nursing degree, Hawaii RN/LPN license, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; wound care certification is preferred but training is provided.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Current Hawaii RN or LPN license.
• Wound care certification preferred but will train.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Skin Integrity program in the center.
• Supervise implementation on nursing units.
• Implement treatments and notify physician of wound changes as needed.
• Maintain wound care supply inventory and accurate documentation.
• Administer physician-ordered treatments per policy and TAR.
