Aloha Wound Care Group seeks licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to perform in-home wound care across Hawaii. You will travel to multiple patient locations, perform wound care with documentation, and collaborate with providers via virtual visits.

Ideal candidates bring Hawaii LPN licensure, reliable transportation, and strong communication and time-management skills. The role offers a predictable daytime schedule in a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eligible in Hawaii and current license required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance; able to travel to multiple sites.
• Proficient in MS Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of multitasking in home-care settings.

Mansioni

• Travel independently to private homes, adult family homes, and independent living facilities.
• Perform wound care, document skin conditions with photos, and manage dressings (6–8 patients/day).
• Apply topical meds and dressings as prescribed.
• Collaborate with providers via audio/visual visits and in-person as needed.
• Complete documentation and adhere to safety protocols for every visit.
• Participate in regular team meetings for training and development.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Credentials: LPN; licensed in the state of Hawaii
• Mobility: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance; ability to travel to multiple locations each day within assigned territory
• Technical: Computer savvy; intermediate proficiency in MS Suite — Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written communication
• Organization: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask while providing compassionate patient care in a fast-paced position that requires standing for extended periods and responding appropriately to constant change in priorities and services
• Leadership: Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilities
• Character: Self-motivated, punctual, dependable, trustworthy, honest, and professional with a positive attitude

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Travel independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities
• Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) — seeing approximately 6–8 patients a day
• Apply and remove topical medications and dressings
• Collaborate with our providers virtually through audio/visual visits
• Occasionally assist the provider in person with wound care procedures
• Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary
• Abide by company safety protocols for every visit
• Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
