Qualifications

Graduate of NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
Master's or Doctorate in NP program.
NPI and prescriptive authority according to New Jersey state law.
Collaborative agreement with physicians on staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills that include MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Perform history and physical assessments appropriate for the patient's age and clinical problem.
Order, perform, and interpret labs and diagnostic tests in collaboration with physicians.
Prescribe medications safely and effectively per policy and NJ regulations.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care and education.
Mentor APNs and participate in educational programs for nursing practice.
