Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse to deliver patient-centered care within a coordinated model. The role emphasizes leadership, direct clinical practice, collaboration with physicians, coaching, and ethical decision-making.

The APN will maintain competencies through ongoing education, hold prescriptive authority, and collaborate under a physician agreement, with a focus on quality outcomes and safety within our NJ network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and clinical practice.
• Experience in a relevant patient care setting.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Prescriptive authority through CDS and DEA registration per NJ law.
• Collaborative agreement with physicians on staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office and/or Google Suite).
