Job summary

Inizio Engage is partnering with Integra LifeSciences to recruit a Post-Acute Sales Specialist. The role focuses on advancing wound care solutions in outpatient settings through education, account development, and strategic territory planning.

Overnight travel up to 50% is expected, with quarterly quotas and strong product knowledge required. The successful candidate will service accounts, perform in-servicing, and maintain Salesforce activity while collaborating with clinicians to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Large Territory Management experience.
• Overnight travel up to 50%.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements to physically enter customer establishments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify leads, develop relationships, and provide education on TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast solutions to drive demand.
• Cover outpatient wound care centers, podiatry clinics, medical doctors, and nurses within the assigned territory.
• Enter opportunities and activities in Salesforce and develop yearly territory plans.
• Provide in-service programs and product education to accounts to grow usage and adoption.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports and manage budgets per management guidelines.
