Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Post-Acute Sales Specialist to drive growth for Integra LifeSciences Advanced Wound Care products (TCC-EZ, MedE-Kast). You will prospect, qualify leads, build relationships with wound care centers, and deliver in-service education to promote product usage and demand across a large territory.

Required are 2+ years field sales experience, Bachelor's Degree, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience, preferred healthcare experience.
• Large Territory Management experience with ability to manage time on large value accounts and opportunities.
• Coachable, lifelong learner who accepts feedback and uses it to improve performance.
• Confidence to communicate with physicians and other clinical personnel.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 50% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Target and develop new account opportunities within territory and grow existing business.
• Provide in-service programs to targeted accounts, including case coverage in wound care centers.
• Provide continued education to customers to support/grow TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast usage.
• Establish relationships with Program Directors and key clinical staff at wound care centers.
• Provide a consultative role aligned with product indications and use.
• Utilize Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and activities.
• Develop a formal business plan at the start of each fiscal year with monthly/quarterly territory reports.
• Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product teams.
