Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support the Wound Reconstruction Solutions in a defined New Jersey territory. You will build relationships with plastic, podiatric, orthopedic, and general surgeons, provide case coverage in the OR, demonstrate extensive product knowledge, and drive revenue growth with the Account Manager.

Approximately 50% of time in the Operating Room, and you will develop select accounts while delivering excellent customer service and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Candidate must be located in the New Brunswick/Morristown area.
• 1–2 years of outside sales experience in healthcare or related field.
• Willing to work in an operating room environment.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Willing to travel occasionally weekends/overnights.
• Residence in or relocation to the posted territory.

Responsibilities

• Target and develop new account opportunities while supporting current initiatives in the territory.
• Provide service of existing accounts including operating room case coverage and product/logistics.
• Assist Sales Specialist in achieving revenue growth and quota attainment.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports per sales management.
• Operate within defined budgets and comply with Corporate policies and Sunshine Act.
