Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Post-Acute Sales Specialist to promote Integra LifeSciences Advanced Wound Care products, including TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast Solutions. The role focuses on outpatient wound care centers, prospecting, and educating clinicians to build account awareness and demand.

You will work toward monthly/quarterly quotas with strong product knowledge and exceptional service. Responsibilities include case coverage, ongoing education, Salesforce usage, and annual business planning to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience, preferred healthcare.
• Coachable and capable of communicating with physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Target and develop new account opportunities within territory.
• Provide in-service programs and case coverage in wound care centers.
• Educate customers to support and grow TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast usage.
• Establish relationships with Program Directors and clinical staff.
• Enter and track opportunities using Salesforce.
• Develop annual and quarterly territory plans and reports.
• Maintain product knowledge of Integra/competitive offerings.
• Adhere to HIPAA, FDA regulations, and company policies.
