Job summary

Inizio Engage, a strategic partner to Integra LifeSciences, is seeking a Post-Acute Sales Specialist in Campbell, CA to drive adoption of Advanced Wound Care TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast Solutions. You will prospect, qualify leads, build relationships, and deliver in-servicing education to outpatient wound care centers.

You will manage monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas, cover cases, use Salesforce, and develop formal territory plans. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelors preferred.
• Successful field sales experience is required.
• Ability to manage a large territory and high-value accounts.
• Coachable, analytical with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Target and develop new account opportunities within territory.
• Provide in-service programs for targeted accounts and case coverage.
• Educate customers on TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast usage and indications.
• Establish relationships with program directors and clinical staff.
• Enter and track opportunities in Salesforce; develop annual business plans.
• Meet territory sales quotas and travel up to 50%.
