Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join the Wound Care Center in Lubbock, TX. You will provide wound-related patient care under RN or Provider supervision according to BLS and facility protocols.

The role requires a valid LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (including SNF/LTACH as applicable), and strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/Provider direction, provides wound-related care per BLS and hospital policies.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May assist with intake and discharge.
• May provide case management assistance under RN supervision.
