Job summary

Healogics is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support wound care centers under RN or provider supervision. You will perform wound-related nursing tasks, assist with admissions and discharges, and help manage patient care according to hospital policies and CMS guidelines.

Applicants should hold an LPN license in the practicing state, with 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (preferably in SNF/LTACH) and basic knowledge of wound care and BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Two or more years of LPN/LVN experience, including SNF or LTACH setting preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred and BLS competency required.

Responsibilities
