Job summary

Healogics seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Wound Care Center. Under RN/Provider oversight, you will deliver wound care and related nursing tasks in a hospital setting, following all policies and safety guidelines.

You will participate in vein clinic activities, assist with intake/discharge, and support case management under supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/Provider supervision, delivers wound-related patient care per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• May assist with intake and discharge.
• Coordinate case management under RN guidance.
• Collect patient information and prepare equipment.
• Report care quality issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team on interventions to ensure quality of care.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy-related duties after training.
• Possibly serve as Documentation Assistant per policy.
• Perform other duties as delegated.
