Job summary

Healogics is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/VN) to join our wound care center teams. Under the supervision of an RN or provider, you will deliver wound-related care, assist with vein clinics, and support patient intake and discharge while maintaining high standards of safety and documentation.

You will work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, handling nursing tasks and charting in an accredited healthcare environment with adherence to CMS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved program.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider direction per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic per training.
• Assist with intake and discharge as needed.
• Support case management under RN guidance per state regulations.
• Gather patient information and equipment.
• Report quality issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate treatment plans with the team.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy-related duties after training.
