The Wound Care Center Licensed Practical Nurse position supports patient care under the direction of an RN or provider. You will perform wound care, assist in vein clinics, gather patient data, and contribute to quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in state of practice.
• 2+ years of experience as LPN/LVN, including SNF/LTACH preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/Provider direction, provide wound care per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• Assist with intake and discharge and case management as directed.
• Gather patient information and necessary equipment for procedures.
• Document and communicate patient care, report quality issues to Nurse Manager.
• Perform hyperbaric-related duties after training and safety director duties as assigned.
