Job summary

R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics is seeking a Provider to lead on-site clinical care and operations. The role combines advanced wound care with supervising HBOT and guiding a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

The Float Provider will cover for the Clinical Director in their absence, fostering teamwork and patient-centered service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Experience in wound care and/or hyperbaric medicine preferred.
• Wound care and hyperbaric certification within defined timeframe may be required.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for advanced wound care patients.
• Evaluate, treat, and monitor HBOT patients per protocols and safety standards.
• Provide clinical leadership for daily operations of the wound care facility and HBOT chamber.
• Supervise and support clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and technicians.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Promote patient engagement through clear communication and coordination with care teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Business Development to grow patient volume and referrals.
• Monitor clinical and operational metrics to meet performance and financial goals.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education in compliance with laws.
