Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to lead a health care team in delivering safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process. The role includes directing patient teaching and coordinating with physicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic flow and patient satisfaction.

The position requires RN licensure in Massachusetts, BLS, and experience in Med-Surg with wound care capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
• Associates Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred for wound care certification.
• RN licensed in Massachusetts; current BLS certification; wound care certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple patients, coordinate care with physicians and paraprofessionals, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care to deliver patient-centered, goal-oriented care.
• Direct patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel.
• Ensure compliance with unit scope of practice and state regulations; monitor patient flow.
